| Noodle Kugel (Really good and easy to make) Ingredients: 1 lb Wide Egg Noodles (cooked and drained) 1/4 lb Melted Margarine 1 Cup Orange Juice 1 Cup Sugar 5 Eggs Directions: Grease glass dish (approx. 11 x 8 x 1) and add noodles evenly. Pour mixture over the noodles evenly. Top with cinnamon. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. Notes: |
